The "Giant Skewers," made by boldly frying entire ingredients, are one of our signature specialties. Each skewer uses a whole portion of ingredients such as eggplant, fish cake, Japanese rolled omelet, hamburger steak, and sausage. Despite their generous size, all giant skewers are available at the affordable price of ¥580 each. Dip them generously into our special sauce and enjoy the satisfying experience of taking a big bite of kushikatsu.

As a competitive eater, the owner has traveled extensively to sample countless kushikatsu dishes and has selected only those considered truly delicious. In addition to classic skewers starting from ¥130 each, the menu also features unique creations such as the "KISHU NANKO PLUM" for ¥270 and the dessert "YUKIMI DAIFUKU Kushikatsu (fried mochi ice cream skewer)" for ¥210. If you're having trouble deciding, we also recommend the "Shirotaya Set," featuring an assortment of 10 popular skewers for ¥1,880. Pair them with our refreshing original table sauce, developed together with a long-established sauce manufacturer, and enjoy it generously poured over your skewers. For an additional ¥200 and up, you can also order our signature silver-tray sauce for unlimited dipping.
